Thx Michael, I found a small bug in the code that recalculated the timing with an error, I’ve updated the code, release soon.
In practice, as it is now, the timing is increased exponentially. This provides a lack of synchronization.

Aek -> Press F5
Switch to Saiga -> simply pressing Alt (or your stop key) then press F6 , without leaving the game.Maybe I did not understand what you mean?

Not in Folder Game i hope. 🙂create a folder , in your desktop if you want or where you want, but not in folder game.
copy or extract all files in this folder then launch.

Have you noticed the red lettering at the top?
Is the internal debug of MSE and tells you that something is wrong, this happens when you dont copy all files in same folder.you have 2 dll files . please copy this in the same folder of the exe.

Tips
to play Fps Games you need to set Dpi in a Range between 400 dpi (low sense) ~ 2000 dpi (extreme High sense)
Then you can adjust your sensitivity in game to get the same result you have now, the fact that you’re forced to put to 0% because it uses 4600dpi sensitivity that the game does not support.i suggest you to read this :

Dont you alter the game in any way.Vertical PixeMultiplier? 4,5 ?
have you reloaded the values of recoil?4,5 is too high, the values of recoil or spread not must be major than 0.
like to 0,38 or 0,25 , for example for assault rifle as the Ak-12Max value for PM Vertical should be 3 not more….your sensitivity in Game? 60%
Send to me again a screenshoot and write you your sensitivity in game.
