just copy the settings in screenshoots.
The pixel multipliers are related to sensitivity used in game, if you are using a sensitivity of 20% in the game the value is around 0.5. If you are using a sensitivity of 10% around the value to 1.00; Around 5% to 2.00 and so on.
I suggest you visit our youtube channel, you will find many examples, even if they were created with earlier versions … the theory is the same.

50ms for UP and DOWN cant works on this rate of fire-You’re using DB Algorithm but you forces macro with visual tuning… NO

Your settings are damaged, no way.
create a new one.
For the next time , take you a screenshoot, when this happens.
If you can send us the your config, making a backup from the options, specifying you which is the bad profile.
