Anyway Alex suggest this for you:
Go in the config file , in your mse 4.0.1.1. folder, and change this numbers
maxReceivedMessageSize=”20000000″
maxBufferPoolSize=”20000000″
with
maxReceivedMessageSize=”500000000″
maxBufferPoolSize=”500000000″
let me know if some change in 4.0

i think you will solve quickly and without any problem or waiting more.
Nobody manage your sub or want other money from you, simply the Database , after the upgrade makes some mistakes and forum is not so immediate as the email for me. i wrote this a lot of times.

for first thanks that you ‘re here and stay in MSE, i appreciate a lot really , even if some your comments …This because in the fact the product works with or without upgrade and no one ban i have collected in this community, and this are my goals.I know , what you mean … but i m back now.
I have been far away and have had to face a few problems, now I have solved it. I’ll do my best now.
I hope that’s enough.At the moment i m working on MSE V to make it as released.
I think you will play the next upgrade of BFV using the new release this is my new objective (not a promise).

The MSEV_Client , not fully featured but will Ready in 5 days.

Later in a week the webiste will be down for maintenace for a while.
Also i want know what we have to do for the 3.9 and 4.0, sincerly i dont want maintain both.
Obviously i will sent a mail to all to inform when and what we have to discuss.
As promised, you can add, this time , any game and any thing you want, weapons etc etc.
So you can upgrade and expand the client by yourself.
As you can see with the V im focused on the performance and less on the graphics, this is the way.
